It is as beautiful in person- my outfit is sleeveless also but it comes to the end of shoulder blades so it looks like a regular sleeveless outfit and not as open.

thank u everyone! Suppersummer u can change the sleeves according to ur requirement! i can make that half or full sleeves as well! with the cut it already has i believe full churi wali sleeves will look gud as well!

Hi everyone! After reading all the pleasant reviews about ROBE DE STYLE (ALIZE), i contacted her through emails, discussed my budget and finally placed an order for some casual clothes for which i made payment on August 4th. As my order was URGENT, i was promised that my clothes will be ready and i will get them in 2 weeks time. I was travelling and due to excess baggage at the airport i had to leave all my casual clothes behind so currently i almost have no ready to wear casual salwar kameez and that was the reason behind ordering some casual clothes on URGENT BASIS from RDS. Today is August 29th and i still havnt received my clothes. I have emailed and called Alize many times, she has responded to my calls but is no longer responding to my emails. I completely agree with everyone that she is very polite and nice to deal with but i dont understand WHY HAVENT I RECEIVED MY CLOTHES YET?? She has told me that she has shipped my clothes but even after a million calls and emails asking for the TRACKING NUMBER OF THE SHIPMENT, i still havnt gotten any response from her. I just want to know Alize what is going on with order? Plz i request u to be kind enough to tell me the truth atleast! Also, plz if its not possible for u to send me my clothes plz may i get a refund? I would really appreciate if u replied to my emails, i have absolutely no casual daily wear salwar kameez to wear at home and i stay with my inlaws, it looks highly disrespectful to walk around in jeans and t-shirt all day! plz send me my clothes already!! :(

i told u the whole situation because of ur budget i cudnt use dhl so i used skynet which take 8-12 days for delivering stuff to usa! i explained every single thing to u on the phone! i havent been checkin my emails regularly because of the eid orders so i dint reply to ur last mail plus the day which u emailed me we tawked on d phone in detail! u ur self know that whtever ur budget was it ws impossible to use dhl as it covers 70% of ur budget!
i dispatched ur stuff on 20th so m sure u will recieve it in maximum two-three days more!
anywayzz whoever use skynet knows that they dont gv the trackin number but please check ur mail in few mins as m trying to get it from their USA office!
i told u the truth! explained everything! anywayzz check ur mail in an hour! m tracking ur parcel!

n please abt the millions calls u called me twice! plus u dint give me ur number! whoever i deal with knows that i call them regularly myself! secondly when u called me i made it clear that i will get clothes from the tailor on 20th rest is the shipping time!

Dear Alize,
Please be advised that doing business via internet does trigger the mindset of any reasonable customer to be slightly skeptical for obvious reasons.
First of all, I have a string of e-mails where you accepted the proposed budget and explicitly stated the shipping date. Therefore, I find it counterproductive to make the accepted "budget" a point at issue- It is as simple as that- you accepted this budget, you could have told me that there might be a delay due to the budget, but you did not. Instead, you accepted the budget and setforth the details accordingly. Just like any reasonable customer I was simply expecting what you clearly stated in the e-mails. Furthermore, you instructed me to send you the money "ASAP" and without further delay, I complied.
On August 26th, I asked you if you can provide me with the tracking number via telephone, you stated that you will send it to me immediately, but I did not receive the tracking number. Therefore, on August 27th, I e-mailed you humbly requesting the tracking number and again I never received it until I had to post on the blog to get your attention. Lo and behold you just sent me the tracking number, and that too, post blogging. Now I discovered you are using DHL. All this time, you informed me that it was skynet. With that said, the inconsistency has been from your side.
At this juncture, I'm not sure whether or not, my calls went through, you did admit that I called you twice, which confirms that I did call you more than once. At this point, we can only argue how many times I called. I'm glad you at least admitted to me calling twice.
I am not forcing anything. I'm only asking for what was setforth by you in writing via e-mails.
I have been purchasing clothes and products via online for a long time and have never come across this much inconsistency throughout by not providing the tracking number even after numerous requests, via phone and e-mail.
Anyhow, I'm NOT inclined to escalate this argument. It is the month of ramadan. I just want to be clear with you and wanted to clarify any misunderstandings. I continue to look forward in doing business with you in an amicable manner.

I decided to place an order with Alizay!.. I also contacted CharmedOne to ask for her opinion n experience with Alizay..
she seem pretty happy n satisfied and i guess that motivated me even more to place an order.

Ok So the experience so far with alizay has been lovely and exciting!.. i say excitin cuz i've placed a pretty big order in one go.. ( a couple of casual, semi-formal & replicas for me n my sis's also 2suits for my mom)
and i jus loved d way she communicated n suggested various stuff to me!
Can not agree more with some of the previous clients who hav already mentioned about how sweet she sounds over d fone!..
must say shes very straight forward n direct on her mails, but thats cool with me cuz i can imagine how busy she mus b wiv all these orders.
I've personally been in touch with her via Facebook since its convinient for me n i guess her too.
I can not wait for the clothes to arrive next week!.. her customer service skills are awesome! and i can tell she's d kind of person who goes that extra mile
for customer satisfaction. Thankyou for being paitent with me n my queries lol.. i was like havin panic attacks at first thinkin will d measurements b ok,
will she design d clothes according to my taste etc.. but i'm ok after takin d chill pill n hav realised she knows what shes doin n i've left her to it.
I shall update you guys wen i receive d stuff.. and will also try n post some pics up too.
