Rog” as the title depicts is a story of lament and sorrow that Abid and his family has to face through out the journey of life. A middle class family headed by the only bread earner who lives abroad for job concerns and his wife back at home plays no role towards the governance of the family, resulting into a disgraceful incidence with their youngest daughter Nimra. And it marks the advent of turmoil in the life of Abid and his family.
Plot accelerates the passage of time and subsides the intensity of grief for the family; but soon after 12 years, settled in a new city Nimra has to face Ayaz, the man behind her devastation as her proposed husband.

very bold story but made oh so perfectly! gives everyone a reality check, couldnt stop crying on the 2nd episode. Asif raza mir awesome as usual. i wonder how the situations are explained to the child artists... :(

^ to spread awareness about childhood sexual abuse, which is never talked about in our society. it needs to be discussed, because the way its hushed up victims and families get no closure and the vicious cycle continues. its depressing to watch sure but its happening around us, its a warning to parents to not leave their children unattended and unguarded, which happens a lot.

thanks for posting the synopsis. I did watch part of the 2nd episode and it was quite disturbing.
So the girls will grow up it sounds like. Wonder if people will be made to face the consequences of their actions.

Gr8 episode today. After a long time classy acting by both Asif Raza Meer and Shagufta Ejaz. I hope Babar Javed wont destroy the overall impact by dragging the story.

Again a gr8 episode. Good story line. Everyone acted so well especially Shagufta Ejaz, Asif Raza Meer and Lubna (playing lady doctor). All the child stars are doing well and the performance of the girl playing Asif Raza Meer's eldest daughter was also worth watching. Good work Babar Javed.
