In Karachi ,You saw establishment & Takht e Lahore changing every thing overnight , First they went against them and gave a hope to people of Karachi , Than they miscalculated about win of PTI and changed their mind . They don't want to see any civilian powerful so they gave another chance to MQM .

When you do that, you unintentionally already influenced PO's from releasing win and allowing incoming party to rig results.

NA 154 result overturned. JKT lost. brilliant PMLN is turning into MQM of Punjab. At least respect the mandate of other parties too if you are so democratic.

i really feel media contributed to the manipulation of results. this announcing of incomplete results from a few polling stations really paves way for the manipulation

This hardly seems like a democracy. What happened in Punjab is similar to what happened in Karachi. I dont see any difference. In Punjab, 30,000 vote leads were wiped out in 2 minutes, and results withheld. If it was 1 or 2 constituencies, one could sleep over it. But when it has obviously happened in dozens of constituencies, some very obvious ones, like Saad Rafique, Hanif Abbasi etc, then it is a cause for concern.

We always knew the EC and caretaker govt were impotent toothless tigers, but I still expect more than a few results in Punjab to be nulled and repolled. Pakistan cannot continue its failed-state policies of sham elections. I remember PML-N in 1997 elections. They were always considered the most rigged elections in Pakistans history, followed by 1977. But I feel that 2013 elections have turned out to be the worst.

yes it's all over social media, people are protesting
