You continue to see things with blinkers of bias on.
There might have been some instance of rigging. It can not be ruled out of possibility. But there is no MASSIVE RIGGING taking place.
Election commission acknowledged some rigging is certain constituencies, and as you yourself quoted, if deemed necessary it will do a re-poll there.
So calm down. MQM is not winning based on terrorism or rigging.** In fact we don’t even know yet whether MQM is winning or not at all.**
