I think Dawn's write up makes sense:

Khan claims that he wants fresh elections because the vote that brought Sharif to power in May 2013 was rigged. That makes as much sense as Al Gore announcing a sit-in 14 months after the 2000 U.S. presidential election. Similarly, Qadri claims he wants a revolution in Pakistan because the country is mired in corruption. But he also has no explanation for why he chose this particular time to return from a decade in Canada, coinciding with Khan's agitation. Corruption in Pakistan did not start only this summer.

Yes computer system can be hacked but rigging/hacking in computer system is much easier to catch and traceable to source than in current system.

I had to come back for this.

I don't agree with e-voting system, I would oppose it for Britain and I would oppose it for Pakistan on the same lines. Anything computer based can be hacked, data can be manipulated. It is next to impossible to maintain secrecy, transparency and immunity from abuse for e-voting system. Electoral fraud maybe a very sophisticated activity on such system, but once it's done, how do you prove it in courts? It's not the most auditable system, and with the whole NSA flimflam, it would be seem like the most trustworthy system. There's a reason why the most technically advance, wealthy and civilised countries have still not adopted this method.

If you have strict anti fraud laws in place, independent, effective and strict judiciary and legal system in place, ballot box system is still by the far the most reliable voting system.
