Don’t be too fair or you’ll come across too gora which may confuse you with a white guy and dilute your desi looks. You need a bit of tan to pull off the Latin/Mediterranean guy look. lol. jk
besides the saying is guys should be"tall, dark handsome." Dark guys generally are seen as more appealing/better looking than fair ones. But people consider it opposite for girls where fair is seen as better.
