Why is it considered bad to eat rice in sehri :(?
Why can’t we eat biryaani in sehri? I mean I do 
but why do people tell me it’s not a wise idea 
?

I have a Hyderbadi (Duccan) friend. He was telling me that he eats rice in every sehri

I would guess that in desi community it is believed that rice get digested pretty fast, so 8 bajay subah say hee roza lagna sheroo ho ja-a ga.

mas-allaa biryani may nahee balkay aaloo bukhara may hay. Aloo bukhara ki taaseer nihayat garm hoti hay aur iskay sehri may khaanay say din bhar ander say garmi kaa khumaar charhtaa hay. Layhaaza, biryani with alloo bukhara say perhaiz keejiyay.
