^ this is law, the parliament can change it if it wants to and it’s there since 1973’s constitution but no one has been enforcing it. We can check what kind of dual nationals we have got before in the shape of hussain haqqani, shaukat aziz, Rahman Malik, Moeen qureshi etc.

Yeah. I am not saying that do not obey the law but law need to accommodate and changes are required.

restriction that person should be the resident of the constituency (we can add minimum period of residency too) should take care of Haqqanis, Shaukat Azais and Qureshis.
