May be he doesn’t have enough money but then he should be able to get a loan at any level etc., I don’t know why everybody looks to government to provide them free money to start their own business.

I know mir shakeel ur rehman is a shrewd enough businessman that if there was any possible practical application of this idea, he would have invested in it already. Or maybe he doesn’t watch his own channel.
