I too waited a looon g time i waited 4! months for my order and even that she couldn’t get right. I e-mailed them several times via Facebook regarding mistake in my order. Funny how they’re quick to reply about price inquiry but yet ignore those customers they have wronged. I wished i had read or found this page sooner then i would NOT have placed an order.
Shes very unprofessional and so is her team who manage her Facebook account. It’s funny how they like to use personal reasons for keeping their customers waiting for 2-4 months for a simple outfits but yet they still add new items and take new orders. I’m sure she docent run the business her self and does have people in charge on her behalf who can authorize payments and orders.
You try adding a negative feed or shall i say a real feedback of their service to you and they will be quick to remove that comment AND ban you from writing anymore comments like they have done to me.
All i wanted was someone to keep me updated but they were rubbish at that. i had to keep chasing her and she kept giving me false promises and kept changing dates of order. She doesn’t do first come first serve service she chooses by who is making the largest order and deals with their order first. This forum has proven this. I wish i could write more but have ran out of time. My advise is Avoid najmis services
