REVIEW: Naj Collections

Re: REVIEW: Naj Collections

Read my post again.
Nobody can prove the other to be wrong. This is a lose/lose situation…mainly for you as a vendor.
If she has wronged you and you are interested in proving this then you should not have sent the refund. You should have asked her to prove that she sent the items back before sending the money to her.

Now that you have sent the money I would advise you to take the higher road.

At the end of the day, whether she has sent the items back or not, she has a right to speak about her experience with you.
You may not like what she has to say…you may believe her to be dishonest…it really doesn’t matter anymore.

Whether or not this has happened to me is irrelevant. What is relevant is the impression that I am forming of your business and customer service skills. What is important is whether or not I may choose to do business with you in the future as a result of reading how you handle conflict here.
