If she had worn her hair down it wouldn’t have looked so ‘scandalous’ imo.. also she has quite broad shoulders, a more petite girl might have pulled it off better.. The bride in Nabz’ photo with the white and silver off the shoulder top looks sweet..

the problem is the shirt is not fitted correctly at all…she needs to also wear a strapless bra
having said that, the whole colour combination of the outfit is hideous
