What is the form of tax that we give to the government that will never be abolished the same tax that was paid at the time of Sayyiduna Muhammad (SAW)? I ask because I don't know about it.
I do know of other forms of tax that have been put in place by the salaf thereafter, perhaps these are the same ...
My point was that jizyah is not really a burden on the dhimmi as you initially claimed ... because Muslims pay zakat and instead the dhimmi pay jizyah. the general taxation amounts to the same value as zakat.
In any case my initial point stands the jizyah has not been abolished by Isa (AS) ...
I have asked you several times to give me your defintion of jizyah! I have not found yet any satisfying answer from you. My opinion still stands that Zakat and Jizyah are completely two different things. Now it's your turn. Thank You :)
P.S.
What is dhimmi? Why do you make it so complicated? So that I can't give you suitable answers? This is what I see. Please prove me wrong. Actually I have given you enough satisfying answers. This is a cat and mouse game what you are playing with me and yourself.

I agree with you jizyah and zakat are two different things ... where a Muslim gives zakat a dhimmi does not and where a dhimmi gives jizyah a Muslim does not ...
The value in most cases of jizyah and zakat are the same. How can we say the jizyah is evil designed to ridicule dhimmis when the Muslims pay equivalent in zakat ... if anything jizyah makes it financially fairer.
My initial point is that jizyah must be abolished by Isa (AS) or else it is not rightfully abolished.
I'm asking you for the last time what your defintion of Jiyzah is.
If there is no answer from your side I'm leaving this Thread for now. To be honest I have no time for a cat & mouse game. You are not giving me the definition of Jizyah. You owe me an answer my dear. Besides that I asked what Dhimmi is! I'm getting uncomfortable slowly. You are wasting my time and yours. May Allah (swt) guide you and me. Amen.
I have given you suitable answers and you are stuck with the abolishment of Jizyah. On the one side you wait for it to be abolished by the Hand of Isa-ibn-e-Maryam and on the other side you call it to be the fairest taxation. Jizyah has ONLY ONE form of taxation and I have given you the defition, but you come up with the sentence "I'm waiting for the abolishment of all taxes". Don't fool me and yourself. I have nothing to add. Since nearly 2 pages you are repeating what you have said above and if you want to repeat again what I know already then please save me from an answer of your side, because I see no reason to answer you. So please stop wasting my time and keep on believing what you believe. I can only pray that Allah (swt) may guide you. Allah (swt) knows best that I tried my best to give you suitable answers according to my knowledge and you have admitted that even though there is a mountain of knowledge ahead of me.

My definition of jizyah is not different to your own ... the way you are understanding it is different ... You feel the idea of jizyah was to ridicule the dhimmi (non-Muslim under Shar'ah protection) but I say it is merely a method for the dhimmi to account for their own welfare - which is done automatically in zakat for us Muslims.
I believe other forms of taxes will be unnecessary as well as jizyah when Muslims become not only payers of zakat but also when we don't have rib'a based finance creating more problems for the people in debt and when the Muslims are paying much more money through sadaqah and actually doing the social work themselves on voluntary bases ... I see a great world order being developed but over the past 600 years the noose of the rib'a based financial global order has only become stronger and stronger. The biggest sign of the proof of Isa (AS) in my view is that this unfair system is finished and replaced with a fair system of wealth based on real resources and commodities.
Also I'm not sure how many types of taxes were around at the time of the hadith ... perhaps you can help me out.

I can't help you out right now. I will try my best, though. Give me time. We'll speak someday insha'allah. Let's stay friends ;)
