So we had an APC as a result of this barbaric attack which has created a consensus on acting against militants. What exactly is the result of this APC? Talks for the sake of talks or something concrete?

You cannot really expect something concrete from a 2 hours meeting of a diverse group of politicians.

We are still talking about committees, nothing concrete has come out...Did India and US form committees after 911 and Mumbai? This is not the first attack, 10 years on and still no concrete way ahead.

About the decisions, they say, they'll come up with the "Action Plan" in 7 days plan.. and by that time, the terrorists are free to enjoy and plan their exits..
The least they could have done is to announce that from today, Anyone talking in favor of Talibans shall be considered traitor and shall be treated accordingly and they could have announced that all taliban in govt's custody shall be hanged.
A carpet bombardment in all possible hideouts of Talibans...
Moreover, Police should have been ordered to raid and shoot and suspect taliban/terrorist at site...

The courts should be ordered immediately whether directly or indirectly to rush to a judgement in all terrorism cases with the most severe punishments suggested and then the executions should be started right after.

Parliament has been passed 100s of resolution on action against militants.

I am sure the experienced team nawaz sharif has would have figured it out by now? after all they are ruling for more than 18 months now. for a start what's happening on the counter terrorism policy front? what has been holding the government to hang the terrorists whose case have been decided by courts? who will decide where and when to take actions and if the madrasahs need to be monitored and controlled?

I have given my views. it's in the purview of the government to formulate policies which is unfortunately lacking..these empty conferences don't mean anything, the government should take any action that is required to establish their writ. the consensus of political parties is already with them.
