I wish, feminist extremists would look at the subject as whole and not resort to name calling. There is nothing narrow minded about believing in a traditional family system and not agree with the system which sacrifices the well being of the kids so mother and father can “up” their living standard/style a bit. Sad.

if making sure there is a roof over their heads, clothes on their backs, and food on the table is “upping their living standard”, then more power to those husbands AND wives who work in tandem to make sure their kids don’t just have the basics, but every little bit of extra they can afford to give them-- whether that be an annual family vacation, new clothes at eid, or a house big enough for the kids to have a room of their own.
