i dont believe that just because someone was evil…that it justifies us or anyone else being evil right back at them…I whole heartedly believe in the following quote by Martin Luther King Jr.

Returning hate for hate multiplies hate, adding deeper darkness to a night already devoid of stars. Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that. it is a very deep quote and this appeals to my personal philosophy… i dont care what path someone else chose to walk during their lifetime…but I will not stray from mine and mine teaches me to be nonjudgmental to be humble…to realize that I am no better than anyone else… to realize that only good/only love can eradicate evil and hatred…it teaches me that if for example gadafi being a human could be evil…i could have been too…and if i let myself justify the way he died by saying that he was an evil person I am in effect allowing myself to become like him…and I refuse to let that happen.

if we start justifying our actions by point fingers at someone else’s actions…we’ll get nowhere and we’ll most certainly be no better as humans than those we point fingers at…you cannot control someone else’s actions but u can control your own…just because someone else strayed and went over to the dark side it does not justify me straying from my own path

just because we feel he was evil does not make the way he died any less appalling

I could read this post over and over ad over again - and let it sink in. Beautifully said. Everyone should try and follow this. Speechless.
