Any tips on making shawarma like the street vendors sell in Lahore? What else do they put in? Thanks in advance, Im trying to convince someone to make their own shawarma instead of sending her brother out 4 times a week to buy.

Nothing can beat cock and bull…even thought its not authentic shawarma but the saucy goodness cant be made at home. Apart from meat and usual salads, they load it up with a sauce that is some what like thousand island sauce
