anyone have authentic recipe for Shawarma sauce? I dont think Soy sauce can be included as that is japanese. Im looking for an authentic and tasty recipe. Thanks.

I mix store bought tahini with yoghurt, lemon juice, freshly crushed garlic and freshly cracked black peppers. Don’t know how authentic it is but it works for me.
