Just a suggestion: We should be using this carefully because you really wanna add points to someone's reputation when he/she does something reputable and vice versa. Otherwise, it will be like "you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours" or "here's your gift, where's my gift?" and that really wouldn't be any fun.
