says who? you must be kidding. I haven't heard any good news coming from California yet. last time I checked they are still $30 billion in debt.

Republicans ravenous for pyrrhic victories are playing dumb about Schwarzenegger's obvious liberalism, but liberals are not. They know he is a Hollywood liberal who won't give them much trouble about their statism and political correctness.

You are kidding about the "minimal" attack ads against Bush right???

Moveon.org has been blistering GW for months and months with negative attack ad after negative attack ad. Moveon.org and the Swift Boat guys are the exact same type of organization that skirts around the campaign finance limitations through sleight of hand. Moveon.org has outspent swift boat by 4 or 5 to 1 I think.

I guess Agent Smith is just one heck of a lot sharper and smarter than the overwhelming majority of Californians who believe Arnold is performing his job as governor very well (Democrats as well as Republicans). And calling Arnold a "big socialist" is just "big ignorance." And please don't tell Smitty this but there are a lot of Conservative Republicans like me who favor giving a woman the right to choose whether to have an abortion under most circumstances.

While having enjoyed your posts over the past 3 years ....l attacks against Bush? La-la Land here we come!

Moveon.org is based on nonexistent proximate causes...

"Conservative Republicans like me who favor giving a woman the right to choose whether to have an abortion under most circumstances."

Did you hear about the woman in Britain whose docter made the mistake of leaving her child's face intact in her womb during an abortion?

Her life was not in jepoardy!

And, she passed her precious child's face while thinking she might be having a bowel movement!

But, of course, it's a "fetus", not a child!! Heaven forbid we impose upon "a woman's right to choose"!

For many, the choice was made when a woman conciously chooses to forego respecatable behavior and chooses to fornicate and produce life without the benefit of marriage and family!

She'd make a good poster child for the Democrats!!

Bush and anyone else that promotes anything vaugely resembling traditional American Values will be ridiculed by the the moral degenerites of the left....

Peace To All Who Read This....

The chicks in the republican convention suck compared to the ones in the DNC, DNC ones were cool looking. Just an observation. RNC ones are like aunties, I like the bajis from DNC.

Just saw Cheney speaking in convention, boring as hell. Some cheap shots at Kerry and more lies was the summary of speech. Man there is something seriously wrong with that guy. He gives me creeps. If Bush loses the elections, it will be mainly because of him.

Dick spent more time dissing Kerry than praising Bush. But we all know behind the scenes Dick runs the admin, Bush is just a paper pusher.

gosh....i can not believe republicans could be so negative...no particular message except kerry bashing.....

We'll I certainly look forward to the debates. Assuming Dick finds and courage to crawl out of his hole and debate Edwards we all should be in a treat with that one. And Kerry vs. Dubya, giving no ear pieces allowed to feed into the puppets eat should be something amusing to watch as well.

Bring it on Dubya, you have a lot of dirty laundry to clean out in the public.

this is for the record, Arnold is enjoying the 65% approval rating in California and the reason he was elected had more to do with we being sick of the status quo and not because he is a republican. The debt was inhereited from Gray Davis and wont disappear in a few months. Oh and he is not a conservative, rather a moderate rebulican like you pointed out earlier. He is not from your average mainstream neocon rebublican cabal.

Did anyone notice Dick calling Bush Brush (pronounced Broosh). What was he thinking.

hahaha, that’s nothing dude, wait to see tonight. Bush will be on the podium. I will try my best to count how many times he will mumble. I think he should give his speech in Spanish cuz its better than his English.

Best line of the night.

"John Kerry sees two Americas. The feeling is mutual. America sees two John Kerrys."

CLASSIC!!!

haha, that's a good one

I think Bush is a good guy, only if he wasn't surrounded by his anti-Islam cabal.

Agree, dumb and stupid too. He has been used as a puppet by his Dad’s buddies.

Zell Miller's speech was the single most filthy - negative - offensive and low-brow piece of nationally-broadcast politicking i have ever seen - Absolutely reprehensible from all angles.

i found it amusing how he could not defend himself or his speech during interviews with Chris Matthews, CNN, MSNBC, etc - When presented with the fact that Dick Cheney (as Secretary of Defense) voted against each and every defense bill that Kerry did - Zell got defensive and angry - and tried to dance around the issue by continuing to attack Kerry on other tangential points.

The Reps simply cannot talk about domestic policy, so they taunt and throw bombs at Kerry and Edwards. Talk about politics without honor, without substance, and without scruples!

My question where was he for all these years? Soon he is going to retire and he now he has decided to be honest? I don’t see any honesty there. He must have joined the gang in white house who are cashing taxpayers’ money with both hands. The Democratic convention convinced an ex-president's (a Republican's) son to come and speak about an issue that will benefit mankind--steam cell research. The Republicans get a man who was connected with an era of ugly violence against another race and whose poor character would lead him to be a political traitor to his party because his fellow party members (including the North Carolinian who has been chosen to be the VP Dem candidate) did not choose to be part of his washed-up conservative Dixiecrat circle

Last night Bush took on against is biggest enemy…………….the English language :)
Glad that finally its over, what a waste of Peoples’ money. It was nothing but 3 hours of infomercial
