**You should send you resume to israel internal affairs. **
every nation has its immigration and entry laws. Pakistan routinely kicks out illegals as well, so do KSA, Kuwait, UAE etc.
**Israelis exactly sound like you justifying there action againest poor palestinians.
I mean tosing around their own predefined terms and standards,
A plestinian==== “you are occupiyng our land” **
Israel has nothing to with this. How do you equate some Pakistani who went to canada on a student or visit visa and decided to slip, the same as a palestinian.
Thats some flight of fantasy dude.
^ I my self couldn'y believe my eyes when I read that confession.

yeah lets not report any criminals we know, today we dont want to report ppl who break immigration law, tomorrow we wont report tax cheats and then wife beaters, child molestors and rapists.. right.
well, u keep denying that breaking immigration rules is breaking laws. I am giving you an example..laws are there for a reason, and if you dont like the laws you lobby against them, hell you do street demonstrations if yu want, but you have to follow the law.
I dont frikkin like speed limits but I obey them and if i get caught i pay the fine,a nd not sit around saying that I had some god given right to speed.
PS: go back and read this thread there are people who have pulled in colonialism and what bots to try and prove their point. if this example is not relevant then those are way out of scope
we are not talking about human rights laws, we are talking about immigration law.
every country has its set of laws and people living there and entering it have to respect those laws.
Piont taken. Agreed. Law is law. No one above the law.
Off the topic. I could not answer yesterday as I was damn busy in helping an illegal immigrant find some job :). Well I have been involved with some organizations in this regard. Some social work. Someitmes one should do something for needy and helpless people. I find pleasure in doing help.
Human nature is like gypsies. Since the time immorial humans have been involved in migration due to one reason or the other. Now a days when I see some people behave like more loyal to king than king himself, I am surprised.
On the other when one minister in Netherlands used the word illegal criminal the chief justice of supreme court took the sou moto action and ordered the concerned minister to apologize to the illegal immigrants. In his ruling he said they are illegal immigrants but to use the word criminal is agaist the law and ethics. The minister had to applogize.
My only bugbear with illegal immigrants (and it's not just the illegal immigrants that are guilty of this either) is that even if they otherwise lead the life of perfect citizens, they're not paying any taxes and so can end up in a better financial position that those who work legally.
Same goes for people who commit benefit fraud too, who I would have no qualms with reporting to the DSS.
khanabadosh I work with a vareity of organisations as time permits and they do deal with immigration issues and have advised people. There are petitions and all goign around to allow people to get work visas.
I am somewhat in between the 2 sides here, while I 100% support providing legal status to illegals, I dont support immediate citizenship or permanent residency.
people who got thru H1 process have to go thru due process, same for ppl who apply for immigration based on sponsorship from family. The same background checks, health tests, means tests need to be done for others too.
I dont like the sense of entitlement and a posture that nothing that they did was wrong. Of course it was wrong, you may ahve your reasons but the fact that you cant admit that you knowingly broke a law is just not right.
kher..if dutch supreme court is going to differentiate between illegal and criminal thats their perogative. to me breaking the law is a crime and thus the person breaking the law is a criminal. but hey, call it whatever you want, law-breakers? shall we use that instead if crminal since it touches a raw nerve for many.
