that’s just one of the story..
hyderabad is much older then khilji dynasty,it dates back to Kakatiya era

A and H is due to how it’s pronounced in local telugu deffer from hindi

about name change Luckily there isn’t much religious tension in my state compare to hindi belt..
but if they decided to change name,i don’t think other party doesn’t have any power to stop it,i think general public have no problem with hyderabad
i don’t see name change happening
