Preffered ways:
- Most of these companies have a web site too. Add them into your favorite links and keep on applying online, whenever you find a job announced.
- You can email your cover letter to the companies (as pure text) that only have email address. In this case, it is better to provide your resume only when they ask you for it after recieving your cover letter.
