I also live lahore. I dont go to those gathering nor celebrate Milad on streets but never saw any main road lke link road blocked for more than one day, during daylight especially.
Yes its expanding every year. Celebrations taking more streets. So if govt talk to one sect they would certainly talk to others sa well.
