He who drinks goes to sleep
He who sleeps does not commit any sin
He who doesnt commit any sin goes to heaven
So, lets all drink and go to heaven
He who dirnks and puke, motha-- --------
Re: Religion Vs Alcoholism
Go ahead and drink.
As for myself i stay sober and prefer to drink to my hearts content from that which is waiting....
Drinking is Haraam in Islam. Simple. How hard is it to get it in your head? And if you still want to drink, go ahead then. Who is stopping you? No one. Nobody cares, it's your life do what you feel like doing.
The only thing I hate is, when people try to justify something that they themselves know is not allowed/forbidden in Islam (like our friend, frienze have done in this thread). Height of ignorance. Please, spare us this nonsense.
lets hear arguments on both sides and proof rather than insults :)
I am interested in seeing the basis of both sides of the argument.
Pir sahab aap hi sharoo ho jao ke Sharab hallal and jaiz kaisay hai kaun saa taveez istemaal kerna parey gaa;)
Re: Religion Vs Alcoholism
well before i start on that i must draw people's attention to the title of the thread.
islam vs. alcoholism...
I am assuming the thread starter did not know what alcoholism meant,
because if we do mean alcoholism, then definitely its a no no.
alcohol, well, i have not seen solid proof against it or for it yet, it seems like a grey area
Some times I wonder why some grey areas are left may be to test us.Now isn't it better to avoid those grey areas.Jannat mein jaa ker to sharaab peeni hi hai naa ;)
Re: Religion Vs Alcoholism
well hopefully that sharab will not make people have blackouts and vomit etc.
My views on the subject are very different, and that it is to give humans an idea of bliss and peace and carefree nature of afterlife for those who do good deeds. but thats just me
