you’re totally right, i had very knowledgeable muslims guiding me in the translations/interpretations of the verses i had difficulty with. I would never use unreliable sources or guides when learning any religion including islam. both learned pakistani muslims and indian muslims in islam were who i always went to for help with interpretations of quranic verses. i still hold to my opinions i made before in this thread, but i’ll look over the site you provided since i’m still a learner of all religions

Awesome. I would recommend you read the entire thing though. As far as the more specific methods of how to incorporate Islam into our daily lives, we have the words and teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (saw) in what we call “hadiths”, which 100% coincide with the teachings in the Qur’an. The most popular hadith is Al-Bukhari.

It’s a weak argument sharaab. I personally don’t buy that it’s completely “random” and don’t take me for someone naive or immature. Knowing you and most likely your “kind”, you are going to turn this into a debate of linguistics to steer away from the truth of the matter in which you (possibly subconsciously) realize that I am correct.
