Yes, your personal experience but it certainly is not the norm. I have relatives in karachi that live everywhere from Defence & Clifton to Dastagir/Laluketh and I don’t see any issues with the well off relatives visiting the poor relatives.

My chachis and taiyees make it a point to support those that are less fortunate with regular visits to make sure they are not in need of something

well, what you are saying can also be termed as ‘personal’ experience. i’ll leave at that…may be we are both wrong or both right or both partially right and partially wrong…
