Firstly, yes, India does have a huge problem with rapes and how it treats women in general.. Pakistan isn’t exactly known for being much better though.. in fact some might say it’s worse for women.. how many would even risk reporting rape in a country which is even more socially conservative and take the risk of being arrested for zina/adultery?
(There’s been a copycat gang rape in Pakistan btw.. girl raped and hung from a tree.. it was in the news here this week yet haven’t even seen it mentioned on the forum)
