This is your close family matter and needs to be dealt carefully and wisely. I suggest not to go to court but deal it politically (family pressure, etc). Court will take years and during that, your mamu may make false papers and sell it off. It happens in Pakistan all the time (go to any Kacheri and see court cases yourself). A good area where I used to live in Rawalpindi had more than 30% plots sold out several times to different owners…means 1 plot had 4 owners or so. Right now, the plot in front of my house has 3 claims over it (all owners are with legal papers). And the one most powerful has started construction on it with chowkidars with loaded guns taking care.

If this was not your family issue, I would have told you this way used by someone I know. It was very fast for him.

There are property dealers in Pakistan who offer you a percentage of actual property value and then you are no more the owner. Like you have house with market value 1 crore. If it gets taken (not recoverable), the dealer will offer you 30~35% in cash and rest is his job. They have links, power (bureaucatic), bad guys on hand and get it back on DANDA ZOR. You will have to support property dealer on legal issues later to legalize property in his name. Like give undertaking that yes, you sold the property to him, etc. That’s it.

First I didn’t believe these things but it was an eye opener for me to know how things work in this country!

Keen to find out more about what you mean with the fast way … yeah i havnt grown up in Pakistan but I sure want to learn every possible way to deal with those freaks … even their teenage son is threatening us !!!

and i didnt get it .. like the house market price might be 1 crore and will the owner get only 35% of the cash and the rest goes to the property developer ? Please explain , I think i just got confused there .. :no:

and another thing , is it any consolation that most of this property is in islamabad and comes under CDA? I know pinidi isnt the strongest and the safest when it comes to land mafia .. but i thought islamabad was a bit safer…
