ok im just about to re join my gym. And there is so much to do and so little time so i have only decided to do one thing at a time. So I wanted to ask our bholi bhalli guppans as what I should get first:
-Ripped six pack abs
-Pumped bulging arms
-Nice pectorals
-Rock hard shoulders
-Huge Quads

Depends where you need the most work. If you’ve got a memon-type stomach (beer belly essentially, minus the beer…more like kabab-belly?), then do the abs. If you’ve got very flabby arms that are not proportional to the rest of your body, then do the arms.

in all, get a "tight" body. LOL i mean a healthy, muscular body over all. a balanced excercise should do it. dont just work on one part of your body. work over all...

You need an overall body workout as well as all the other stuff. No point in working on your abs or hammies without losing a few kilos first and improving overall stamina. So do some running or biking - about 20 minutes, stretch and then move on to the weights and machines.

well since i played football j.v last year right out defence .. i m some what built but i dont like cuts or swollen vains .. loooks fake to me. i rather look more athletic then a wanna be model :S

20 minutes is minimal yaar. If you are pooped after 20 minutes of cardio you should be working on increasing your stamina! Try alternating between running and walking on the treadmill for those 20 mins.
