yea im thinkining of gradually taking my stamina up…like increase my walking time by 1 min every week or so…still i hate cardio..

I’m the opposite - I hate weights, but I know resistence training is very important.
Waisay, if you ask me, I love a guy with toned arms and shoulders :love:

If you need work all over your best bet is to go swimming.
