How do you deal with rejection?

I’m so ready to break my diet and go for some comfort food, but I know that’s not going to help at all.

Concentrate and be thankful for the good things/people in my life.

Refocus on what I need to do to accomplish my goal.

excercise, it changes your brain chemistry to more positive. first week of proper workout is hardest, but after a about a week you'll feel much better.

the change in some people is profound

Reject the rejection! Move on towards more positive thinking.
