It's funded by the Kashaf foundation to create awareness on child brides. The first episode was really good,I still have goosebumps and yes it is very disturbing, particularly because they have used actual kids in it and not a 15 year old pretending to be 10.

I am glad to know the drama isn’t just rona dhona. It highlights the issues and also provides solution which is something most dramas lack these days. looking forward to seeing more episodes!

They gave it away a little when they said she will start her education again, probably ending on a happy note. The drama is really disturbing, especially when you think about the kids playing those roles. People are even complaining it is not suitable and should be taken off. However, isn't that the whole point of it? The drama is disturbing enough as it is, think about the little girls being forced into marriages. Scary what they must go through :S

guys are you watching it, the second epi was equally disturbing. I really liked samina peerzada in sher e zaat n durr e shahwar, but here I am just loving her, no one could potray shamim better than her, her expressions, dialogues everything is just flawless

Started watching this due to the MJ stamp and so far I'm liking it. It's disturbing yes, but MJ handles it very well without it being in your face.
Everyone is doing such a great job - Samina Peerzada, Noman Ejaz, Maria Wasti, the chacha (what's his name?) and the child actor.
I'm interested to see where Danish Taimoor's character takes him, the boy has got good looks and can act, but doesn't really have any good dramas to credit.

I’m watching this drama too, and while in agree that the subject matter is very disturbing I really like it.
I have a feeling as well that Kulsoom will end up with Danish Taimoor
And all those scenes with Waseem & Chacha Inaayat hugging kissing each other make me want to barf
