If u love her and you really repent what you did, seek forgiveness from Allah and don' tell her.
I have heard from people that if your sin is not known to others Allah has gaurded it and telling it to others is removing this gaurd and Allah does not like it

If she is a pure desi dependent wife, she may not leave you even after you have told her the truth but she will always have this piercing feeling in her heart about what had happened to her. The comfort zone will wither away. Don't make her life anymore miserable. Give her the love she deserves and make it up to her without letting her know this.
If she is an independent woman, tell her the truth. She needs to make her own decision.
