PS: I’m kinda, I don’t care if it is just one cafe or cafe divided into different sub cafes. But, I agree with Niksik it will be confusing, right now I can view what people are discussing just under one cafe, but after its division I don’t think I’ll be able to see/read its sub forums.

When are we starting this?
I say we start with the most recent popular cities based on statistics (either GS or general)...and as people prop up from different places, their city/town/village can be added upon request. Keep the most accessed city (where most guppies hail from) on top, and so on...
