If judges would get shy in giving obvious and strong judgement, than 2 things would become justified in Pakistan.

1: A police constable from poor family can make billions of dollars, would claim that ‘police kee naukri may barkat hee brkat hay’ … than he would send those dollars and son abroad, would ask son to buy a newsagent shop … then start receiving several million dollar a year to live in Pakistan like King … and if taken to court, would start saying that his son is doing business abroad, and as his son has become billionaire Alhamdulillah, there is ‘barkat hee barkat’ in his wealth Alhamdulillah. Anyhow, he (this corrupt constable) do not know nor care what and how money his son makes, but he (son) send him millions to live (Alhamdulillah).

If probed further, this constable would refer to Nawaz Shareef case.

2: Since institution would show that they are so incompetent and scared to make any obvious judgement against corruption, than as Supreme Court themselves identified that FBR, NAB, EC, Income tax department, FBI, police, banking authorities, etc … all are incompetent and mega corrupts and are also scared of political people in power … well, Zardari already made statement that … NAB kee kiya majal kay ham per hanth dalay … than, in such situation, to safe country from crooks and thugs, Army would have to intervene and impose martial law.

Thus statement (made a lot on TV channels) that courts cannot give strong judgement against ruling government, and that is history of Pakistan … should follow with statement that it is also history of Pakistan that when things go out of hand and no state institutions are capable or have courage to do anything, than army steps in and impose long period of Martial Law.

My hope is that, if such happens and institutions shows incompetency to do anything, than army should come in, and instead of sending few politicians and corrupt bureaucrats in exile and start colluding with remaining few, this time army should arrest all corrupt politicians, all corrupt bureaucrats, confiscate their wealth in and out of country, use Interpol to get all corrupts regardless of their nationality who run away from country (or have already left the country), and then hang them all.

army has a lot to do, run okara farms, run DHA, run FFc, run Askari and above all distribute lands to honorable generals, as if they have been conquering something. the army came in 56, the army came in 78, the army came in 99, its been same story i.e. lots of noise for accountability, make cases and ask the politicians to join the generals, and then get your own share and step a side.

You are right. Army has a lot to do, and they do things efficiently too. All over Pakistan, most love to live in defence and consider defence property as most secure and well managed, all because army is doing the management, else, properties and plots in civilian run societies should have been more expensive and in demand if civilians were capable of managing them well and also managing them without corruption.

Same goes with other things army is doing, from businesses to farms. In the past, army was running the country too, and we all know that whenever political thugs take over the country, they loot, plunder and ruin the country. No army general name is in top rich Pakistanis, but crooks and thugs like Nawaz and Zardari, who got into politics and then looted and plundered the country, are considered as 2 richest person in Pakistan. One can see their living style too.

So, when army runs the country more efficiently than thugs, rather, thugs do not rule the country but loot the country, than it is best for poor developing country like Pakistan to get ruled by army.

Well, if that is not desirable, than at least all institutions should become free from political control (not controlled by Prime Minsiter, Minister or any politician), should be independent where all posts from lowest to highest should be filled on merit from all over country in transparent way and all promotions should be within the department on merit and in transparent way, but as far as NAB is concerned, NAB and FIA should become an institutions run by army, where chairman NAB and FIA should be active Major General or Lt General, and that NAB and FIA should work hard to investigate all sorts of corruption, nepotism and mismanagement in Pakistan.

Along with NAB and FIA run under active army, law should get enacted that any government employee (Bureaucracy, judiciary, police, customs, etc, etc, etc) or Politician (especially those who were/are parliamentarians or even if ever held political posts), and if accused, could not answer his acquired wealth or wealth of his wife/wives, sons and daughters or is found unambiguously guilty of corruption, than all his wealth acquired legally or illegally, inherited or earned, should get confiscated on behalf of state, and he/she should be given capital punishment (Khas kam Pakistan Paak).

I wonder if NS has guts to repeat what happened to ex. chief justice Sajjad Ali Shah of SC, 20 years ago. The unfortunate judge belonged to Sindh then. This time judge is handpicked by NS and a Punjabi.

How can Punjabi judge punish Punjabi party. PPP is on other hand is party of Hindus so it is o.k. for Punjabi mafia to screw them. I have already predicted this on facebook, “Nawaz Sharif not guilty”.
