How is banning porn sites bring Morality levels up in Pak?
www and internet has gotten accessable for average Pakistani in last ten or so years, So was there no problems with Morality levels prior to 2000?
People now are going to go back to VCR porn -- So is the next step to ban VCR's now? What is next banning TV's?
People will be getting adult material on CD's that they can view for their personal pleasure on their computers -- so is next step banning sales of computers?

Find me one guy who claims that he has never watched porn and I will show you a Liar. Porn does not currupt minds of every single individual who comes in contact with porn. If that was the case then god knows what will happen to mankind.
It is just a way for average Pakistani to take his sexual frustrations out and thats it. People who are into child molestations - they did it without even being addicted to Porn.
There has been child molestation in EVERY Pakistani town for decades, even going back to times when there was no internet or no VCR or TV. I would even go a step further and say that the number of child molesters/sex offenders in Pak society would probably be greater than the number of child molesters/sex offenders in half of the non-islamic/western countries.
Child Molestation is a topic that majority of Pakistan try to avoid discussing...Its a sad reality that people do not expose or punish child molesters in our society, because most of time the offender is related to people who catch the offender (who often times is sexually exploiting someone in family or relatives whereas "How morally corrupt west or non muslim people are" is a topic that almost every living Pakistani in Pak discuses with each other or drags into any conversation, at least once or twice a day.
You wouldn’t even have to go much further away than this thread to find that mentality.

nope, nowhere have I made that specific comment. Infact morally speaking engaging in any form of immoral activity outside a marriage is a low act. The only reason I ignored that bit is because I wanted to stick to the topic !

there are weakened morals, double and ethical standards that are breached in pakistan. but i don't think any of those things don't not exist in the western countries.

Dudes going back decades and centuries chocked the chicken, walked the dog, spanked the monkey and otherwise engaged in ongoing hand to gland combat before there was Internet porn, or pay per view, or nudie mags. I think they achieved satisfactory results then too. So nudies on the interwebs is not essential for hitchhiking under the big top.

Irrespective Krmaml1 , gender has nothing to do with this.
If a man or a woman chooses corrupt ways to satisfy themselves then that is a serious issue.. specially when society encourages marriage and family values so strongly. There is no excuse in the world that will justify either gender getting involved in immoral activities.
Just like, there is no excuse for any man or woman to get involved in any shape or form, with prostitution. yet its the worlds oldest profession! having said that, the fact still remains that despite being the worlds oldest profession, it has never and will never gain acceptance in a civil and a moral society. Because what is wrong is wrong and cannot be deemed right or else it will shake the foundations of the moral society.
