Sorry, without going into specifics this time, I understand that our opinions are clearly in complete contradiction to each other. But just to clarify a few pointers:

• Someone who thinks they are deprived of Sex, should resort to get married rather then going low as to watch porn and further encourage this immoral industry.

• Yes to some drugs and alcohol are acceptable, to many others they are not. To some, prostitution is acceptable, to many others its not. To some porn is acceptable, to many others, its not. The fact is that majority fall under the category where either their religious values or human values wont allow them to consider an immoral activity as an “outlet”. Yet many out of that majority fall short of their values and get indulged in these acitivities. That does not mean , to satisfy this specific set of people or to help them find justification for their acts , government should create acceptance for such things.

• There is a world of a difference between " free society" and “allowing elements that will systematically breakdown a society and its values”. free society means, an individual enjoys their life while still being bound within certain civil and moral laws. If a man decides to walk nude on the streets, he will be arrested under civil and moral laws, even in a free society. To “regulate” alot of immoral acitivities some governments make tiny elements of the trade legal , but still put hefty checks and balances on it to avoid its widespread use or misuse.

Porn is easily accessible in UK as well as US. There are free tube sites in addition to paid sites. Moreover there are 24 hr porn channels on TV.

The only grounds upon which you can oppose porn, is your personal distaste for it. Mainstream porn employs adult women who do the work willingly. If porn goes against your morals, religion and sensitivities, you have the option to not watch it. But keep in mind there are many people who enjoy it..people who are adults and can make their own decisions.
Only children’s access to porn needs to be restricted.

Whats immoral to you, might be perfectly acceptable to others. Your statements are contradictory as on one hand you agree that governments dont have a right to control what people do in their homes but then go on to say govt’s have the right to control immoral activities (activities that ppl might be doing in the privacy of their homes)

There is a lot of debauchery going on in the real world. People are having casual sex, one night stands, flings, affairs. There is a lot of promiscuity going on and indulgence in ‘forbidden sex’ activities. If at all its these activities that are causing broken relationships and societal breakdown according to you. However You cannot stop them neither can governments.

What I’d like you to understand is that for many men, porn is an outlet..perhaps the only one.
There are men who can go out there and have the so called immoral, forbidden, fornicating, adulterous sex for real and cause societal moral breakdown (your govt cant do crap about it) and and there are many men who cant do that and they watch porn. Why do you want to deprive them of that?
