Khatti I have the same lipstick, it’s pretty awesome! There’s another red one by Revlon which is less matt and a bit bluer that I like, called Really Red I think, that’s nice too.

I used to shy away from Red infact I never owned any pink lipsticks or red up until a few months ago when my cousin experimented on me I have since worn red on a few occassions here are some pics the red lipstick is ruby woo i think thats how its spelt from mac

Aww, thank you ladies!! I used to where a burgundy red shade from Borghese alot back in the pre-shaadi days, and then I don’t know what happened I just stopped! I’m going to try the oranges next…I have some MAC shades I want to pick up…will report back in the other Orange lippy threads!

Awwww that's the one I bought toooo!!! So I wore it finally tonight and everyone thinks its a good look on me, definitely when I'm wearing solids and simple makeup! Should of taken a close up pic!

My mistake khatti, the matt one is called ‘Revlon Red’, but there’s a non-matt red one by Revlon called ‘Revlon Red’ which is a tiny bit bluer (looks a bit more of a cherry red) and is creamy:

I’m loving red more and more these days (always been a fan but these days the obsession is just overboard). I’ve been using YSL for the past few months but I recently started wearing Ruby Woo and love it. It is matte sooo ultra drying… I just try to moisturize constantly the day before I’m going to wear it

I always used to shy away from reds, wasn’t really confident wearing them but I was experimenting with lipsticks a few months ago and my husband really liked the mac red lippy when I tried it in store since then never looked back. I may try the revlon one mentioned above too

Does everybody suit red? It always seems to look good on others but, somehow I cant see it on myself. Especially when I like to 'hide' my lips; let's just say they're not my best feature.

Personally I love red but always had a hard time matching yellow to anything…it’s hard to get past it as a “mehndi” color…anyhoo, I was at a party and forgot to bring my makeup bag so I borrowed this off a friend…think it looked good!

I can't pull of true red lipsticks.. only burgundies, berry shades or slightly more pinkish reds..

sadly this was 5 years ago so I have no clue what it could have been, though I did recall mixing a lipliner/lipstick etc.
