it is my contention that if anyone's done any programming in C and Perl, he/she can program in any other language.
C and Perl are sort of the definitive languages of their time (compiled and interpreted realms) and everything else that I've come across borrows from these.

since we're talking geek stuff... and I'm reminded of my good old programming days...
I just wanted to say that if someone hasn't programmed "Pointers", and experienced the joy of "segmentation fault - core dumped!" then they still have a lot to learn :) - aah good old days.

you're not alone DK... in my undergrad, a few students just decided to drop out of the CS program since they didn't get Pointers. Funny but true.

I went to play soccer, I saw some one punching. I punched on the canvas bag teared it.

OK get this, when we have meetings and I say some thing about linx, or some time I ask question to experts.
They take too long to elaborate.
In my heart I laugh, I say to my selp “PM they really take you serioiuly , not a bad job ”
Because I am an art graduate with 3/4 of mba.
