Re: Red Hat

hmmm i hav heard tht soon with in near future .. all these device's codess will b shifted to C languageee .....

Re: Red Hat

C is my first love.
Perl second.

I cant believe I spoke so much IT. Iam such a geek :(

Re: Red Hat

it is my contention that if anyone's done any programming in C and Perl, he/she can program in any other language.
C and Perl are sort of the definitive languages of their time (compiled and interpreted realms) and everything else that I've come across borrows from these.

Re: Red Hat

hahaha... PM - funny how you and I posted almost the exact same thing about C simultaneously.

Geek Sync alert! :)

Re: Red Hat

Re: Red Hat

don’t worry man - all in due time… in the end, we all know that it’s the Geeks who rule the world with their enterprising aptitudes - which reminds me that I wanted to talk to you about something I’ve been thinking about. Hopefully I’ll find some time soon.

Re: Red Hat

since we're talking geek stuff... and I'm reminded of my good old programming days...
I just wanted to say that if someone hasn't programmed "Pointers", and experienced the joy of "segmentation fault - core dumped!" then they still have a lot to learn :) - aah good old days.

Re: Red Hat

It will be pleasure to talk to you. :)

still do it in my spare time, as matter of fact I am developing assembly routine now.
ABC stuff, and trying to use gdb to debug.
Good time pass.

Re: Red Hat

Re: Red Hat

Grrr...those devilish pointers. C is awesome!

Re: Red Hat

:)

Re: Red Hat

Frack… i forgot to compile the kernel :sadiyah:

Of all the languages i’ve come across, C++ is definitely my favourite language, as it’s great for debugging :@:

PlayStation: .NET… chi chi :emmy:

PlayStation 2: Linux FTW:yahoo:

PlayStation 3: I’ve totally stolen PM’s playstation phrase :cb:

Re: Red Hat
