Red Bridal Ideas - Red, Rust, Dark Green

I saw some of the threads about red bridals earlier but most of them contain older pictures..2008-2009ish

am wondering what really is in these days.

I want to try a different colour combination with red.

How about:

Red, rust and a very dark green…can anyone post pictures??? :slight_smile:

any other combination ideas ? !!

yaar i was thinking of having either of these two. The one Meesha is wearing, I am not really a big fan of the circles kaam on the shirt but I love the border. I wanted it to be Black but mom obviously wouldnt ever agree to having BLACK in the bridal dress.

So I came up with this idea.

Red and rust lehnga with the border kaam in the picture am talking of above, but in a darker shade of green (or any other shade for that matter). :slight_smile:

any other photoshopping ideas and color combinations of red are welcome .. :slight_smile:

hehe ok so i triedd to make the colors work.. not sure where you wanted the rust to go or how much but this is what i came up with. sorry if it turned out more orangy than “rust” :(. but i found that the combo works better when the red is darker, almost maroon. grad to help! :slight_smile:

That Amna Kardar lehnga worn by Meesha has been copied a million types in every colour combo possible. The circles on the dress and the paisley was in fact quite popular.

I like the second one you posted.

The combo you want reminded me of this rust and red Jamawar creation by **Hajra Hayat **that has striking copper embellishment. But I really can’t make out where one colour ends and the other starts. It may be the effect of lighting and photography.

This one is more on the orangish side with a lighter green, though:

exactly :slight_smile: though the i would go for a blood red rather than a red in this one. and i would only make the shirt rust. the rest would be all red with the dark green borders

and the border looks really pretty :))

I recently had a chance to go visit Anarkali probably for the second time in my life :p

Omg, the number of BAD copies I saw of this Amna Kardar's dress totally were a turn-off :/
