RECOMMENDED DAILY WATER INTAKE

How is it even possible to drink a whole 2 litres of water per day? After just one bottle (1 litre) and countless trips to the loo, I cannot physically take any more.

I feel like a walking water bottle! :bummer:

If you're peeing a lot and it's very light in colour, then you're fine and hydrated enough.

i used to drink about 1/2 class before. now from the last month i have started a lot more water. i drink i think more than 2 liters lol ! .. it helps alot in summer!
you will get used to it. just keep drinking water

I recently read in a scientific article that drinking eight to ten glasses of water a day does not make your skin glow/shine/radiate contrary to what fashion and makeup experts claim. However, that should not stop us from drinking that much water since we need it for other important bodily functions.

u'll NOT be subjected to a court martial if u do NOT drink 2 litres of H2O :D i take like 6-8 glasses of water every day :)

i drink almost 3L of water everyday ... believe me it wont be any problem once u get used to it

i am not drinking enough and my skin looks horrible:crying:
there was some means to measure how much water ur body needs weight in lbs divided by soemthing something? and then something?

It's been almost 2 weeks and I am now able to consume MORE than 2 litres of water per day. I actually want more!! I seem to be finishing a 1 litre bottle without thought whereas before, I was forcing myself to gulp it down. My skin has defintely improved...I feel it's a lot clearer and I generally feel good about myself.

I would definitely recommend it guys.

My skin now feels a lot more plump and hydrated. I also have a natural rosy glow! :blush: I guess it varies from individual to individual.

A few month ago I heard a doctor on the radio saying your body will tell you how much water you need. You do not have to force yourself to drink more than you need or follow 8x8 rule or drink 2 liter a day.
Before that I was forcing myself to drink more water than I needed.

i've just started drinking more water..Could only manage 3-4 glasses today and those were forced as well! I just dont get thirsty :s

^ me too! I hardly drank any water before now am trying to drink a litre everyday and then when i'm not visiting the bathroom every hour lol will slowly start increasing my intake. It's only been a few days since I started but nice to hear from MissChevious that it gets easier :)

On a serious note, this information is very useful. I dont drink nearly as much water as I should. Good to know it gets easier.

When I work out, I drink 3 litres just before and after a work out. But the workouts are brutal too so it all kinda makes sense.

I just make sure I have a bottle of water always around.

I can only drink water if it's ice cold and there's a bathroom nearby, for some reason water makes me go alot mroe than other drinks (juice, diet soda etc) do.

^same! i have to have a few ice cubes in my water to make it nicer to drink!
