Serves 4
2 cups Whole wheat flour (atta)
2 medium sized Potatoes (boiled)
1 tsp Pomegranate seeds
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 Green chilli (chopped)
Salt to taste
4 tbsps Butter or oil **

Method
Sieve flour with half a teaspoon of salt. Mix with three-fourth cup of water
gradually and knead to make a smooth dough. Cover with a damp cloth and
keep aside for fifteen minutes. Grate the potatoes. Grind pomegranate
seeds to a coarse powder. Mix potatoes, pomegranate seeds, red chilli
powder, green chilli and salt. Divide it into four equal portions Divide
dough into four equal portions and make pedas. Cover with a wet cloth a
nd keep aside for five minutes. Take a peda and flatten it by pressing.
Place potato mixture on it and again make it into a peda. Seal the edges
completely so that potato stuffing does not come out. Flatten these pedas,
sprinkle a little flour and roll them with a rolling pin to approximately
six-inch diameter. This is now called a parantha. Heat a tawa, place parantha
on it and cook on moderate heat for three minutes. Turn it and pour half a
tablespoon of oil or butter, spread it on parantha and shallow fry over low
heat. Turn it and again pour half a tablespoon of oil or butter on other side. Cook on low
heat till golden brown. Serve hot with fresh yogurt or mango pickle.

Ingredients
Serves 4
1 large sized Potato (boiled)
1 tsp Caraway seeds (shahi jeera)
2 cups Yogurt
Salt to taste
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
1 small sized Onion (chopped)
1/4 medium bunch Fresh mint leaves (chopped)
Method
Peel and cut potatoes into half centimeter sized cubes. Dry roast shahi jeera and grind to a powder. Whisk yogurt till smooth. Add salt, sugar, pepper powder and half the roasted shahi jeera powder. Add potato cubes, chopped onion and chopped mint leaves. Mix well. Garnish with the remaining roasted shahi jeera powder and serve chilled.

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg.
- Ginger, garlic paste 1 tbsp.
- Red chilli powder 1 tbsp.
- Black pepper 1 tbsp.
- Milk 1 tbsp.
- Corn flour 2 tbsp.
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp.
- Paprika powder 1 tbsp.
- Chinese salt 1 tsp.
- Oil for deep frying
For the sauce:
- Ginger, garlic paste 1 tbsp.
- Oil 4 tbsp.
- Ketchup 2 tbsp.
- Green chillies (chopped) 6 - 7
- Curry leaves 6 - 7
- Salt to taste.
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients together and marinate the chicken for 1 hour.
- In a separate pan heat the oil and deep fry the marinated chicken.
- Now heat the 4 tbsp of oil in another pan, add the green chillies and the curry leaves.
- When the colour of the chillies and curry leaves change, add the ginger and garlic paste, salt, ketchup and then fry it all.
- Now add the fried chicken and put on dum for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with onions and tomatoes. Serve hot.

CHICKEN BROCHETTE
Ingredients
Chicken boneless (cut in cubes) 200 gms.
Capsicum (cut in cubes) 4
Mushrooms (whole) 4
Lemon (cut in wedges) 1
Tomato (cut in cubes) 8
Tomato ketchup 4 tbsp.
Crushed red chilli 1 tbsp.
Sesame seeds 1 tbsp.
Corn flour mixed with water 2 tbsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Chinese salt 1 tsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Cooking oil 4 tbsp.
Bamboo skewers 4
Garlic (chopped) 1 tsp.
Water 1/2 cup
How to prepare
- Arrange chicken cubes and vegetables on the skewers in a sequence one after the other.
- In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil till it is hot and put the sticks in and fry turning them frequently on all sides for approximately 8 minutes until cooked and golden brown.
- In a separate pan put 2 tbsp oil and heat.
- Then add the garlic and fry till it becomes golden brown, add ketchup, salt, Chinese salt and sesame seeds.
- Let it come to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Add the corn flour and thicken the sauce.
- Place the skewers on a plate and pour the sauce over them.
- Serve with plain boiled rice.

CHICKEN N CHEESE TOAST
Ingredients
Serves 4
2 Boneless chicken breasts (boiled)
2 tbsps Butter
1 1/2 tbsps Refined flour (maida)
1/2 cup Milk
3/4 cup Cheese (grated)
1 tbsps Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp English mustard
4 tbsps White wine
1 tsp Black peppercorns (crushed)
Salt to taste
4 large sized Bread slices
Fresh parsley (chopped)a few sprigs
Method
Shred the boiled chicken breasts into thin strips and set aside.Heat butter in a pan, add refined flour and sauté on low heat for two minutes or till a nice aroma is given out. Add milk and stir continuously, using a whisk, for two to three minutes or till the mixture has thickened slightly.Add cheese, chicken, Worcestershire sauce, English mustard, white wine, crushed black peppercorns and salt and cook on low heat until the mixture becomes creamy in texture.Remove from heat and allow to cool.When cool place a large spoonful of the chicken and cheese mixture on top of each bread slice and gratinate under a hot grill until bubbling and light golden.Cut into triangles and serve garnished with parsley.

Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken (cut in cubes) 1/2 kg.
- Salt to taste
- Ajinomoto 1 tsp.
- Black pepper 1 tbsp.
- Red chilli powder 2 tbsp.

- Vinegar 4 tbsp.
- Onions(cut in cubes) 2
- Tomatoes (cut in cubes) 2
- Capsicums (cut in cubes) 2
- Oil 3 tbsp.
- Skewers
For the sauce:
- Tomato ketchup 1 cup
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp.
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp.
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp.
- Green chillies (slit it lengthwise) 4 - 5
- Oil 3 tbsp.
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients together and marinate the chicken cubes for 1 hour.
- Now arrange the onion cubes, tomatoes, capsicums and marinated chicken cubes on the skewers.
- Fry them until the chicken is tender.
- In another pan, heat oil and add green chillies, ketchup, soya sauce, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and cook for 5 to 6 minutes on low heat.
- Serve the chicken sticks with sauce and Chinese fried rice.

2 table spoon oil/ghee

method:
make cut on chicken pieces and marinate with masala for 2-3 hours then barbecue or bake in oven at 180 centigrade for 30 min and smoke them with charcoal.
other hand u need 1 onion cut in cubes shape,2 cup mozerella cheese
1 cup chedder cheese.
after make chicken tikka make pizza roti spread the dough in 12 inch pizza pan or what u have but this the actual size deep pan ok
then prick it with fork ,
spread pizza sauce on it chicken tikka pieces and 1 onion cut in cubes shape and 1 cup chedder and 2 cup of mozerella cheese ,bake for 20 min on 250 centigrade enjoyed it .

Cheesy Macaroni with Vegetables
INGREDIENTS:
Oil 1 tbsp
Chopped onion 1 no
Chopped spring onion 1 cup
Diced capsicum 1 no
Salt to taste
Chopped tomato 1/2 cup
Boiled baby corn 1 cup
Boiled peas 1 cup
Boiled broccoli 1 cup
Boiled French beans 1/2 cup
Oregano 1 tsp
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 1/4 tsp
White sauce 2 cup
Grated cheese 1 cup
Boiled macaroni 1 cup
Milk 4 tbsp
PROCEDURE:
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and fry. also add chopped spring onion.
2. Now add capsicum and cook for a while, then add salt, tomato, boiled baby corn, peas, broccoli, French beans & green portion of spring onion and stir.
3. Now add oregano, white & black pepper, chilli powder white sauce, milk, cheese.
4. Cook for a while. Finally add macaroni and cook for some more time.
5. Cheesy macaroni with vegetables is ready to serve.

YUMMY PASTA WID WHITE SAUCE
ingredients: pasta,
250 g chopped meat (ham/ salami/ chopped sausage or prawns or boiled chicken)...,
Chopped boiled mushroom optional plus substitute for veggies
2 cheese cubes/ 2 chees slices
1 table spoon each of chopped garlic & tomato
1 table spoon corn flour mixed in a mug of milk
Spoon of butter
Finely chopped capsicum
pepper, salt, chillyflakes, oregano
boil pasta and keep it separately.
Take a tea spoon of butter in a sauce pan and heat it...once it melts add a table spoon each off finely chopped garlic & tomato, 2 chopped cheese cubes, crushed peeper. Mash this together with aladle till it is a stiff pulp. Add chopped meat (ham/ salami/ chopped sausage or prawns or boiled chicken) & mushrooms (optional) ...saute. Separately take a mug of milk and mix a table spoon of corn flour to it. add the milk & cf to the souted mix, boil and let it simmer so that thickens a bit. Add the pasta and let it cook. add a bit more milk if it is too thick...stir, taste and add salt. Garnish with some finely chopped capsicum, 2 split chillies and add some pepper powder...chilly flakes and some oregano would make it great.

Finger-Licking Honey wings
1 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup honey, or more
1/4 cup minced onion
2 Tbs dry red wine, optional
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon-style mustard
3 lbs chicken wings

HONEY SAUCE:
Combine the first six ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over
medium heat, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
**WINGS

Place on a rack over a roasting pan; cover with foil and bake at 375°F 35 to
20 minutes.

VEGETABLE JALFRAZI
Ingredients:
- Potatoes (cut in strips) 2
- Capsicums (cut in cubes) 1
- Cauliflower (separate flowerets) 1 cup
- Cabbage (cut in cubes) cup
- Carrots (sliced) 2
- Peas (boiled) 1/2 cup
- Onion (medium, sliced) 1
- Ginger (cut in strips)
- Green chillies 3-4
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp.
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp.

- Red chilli (whole) 5 - 6
- Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
- Tomato paste 1/2 cup
- White vinegar 1 tbsp.
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp.
How to prepare:
- Heat the oil then add the whole red chillies fry it, then add the vegetables and fry some more.
- Now add the ginger, salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder and green chillies.
- In a separate pan, fry the potatoes cut in strips and then add them with the rest of the vegetables.
- Add the vinegar, tomato ketchup, tomato paste and cumin seeds. Keep on dum for about 8 - 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with plain boiled rice.
