WARM POTATO SALAD

-** Potatoes (boiled and cut in cubes) 1 kg**
- Onions (finely chopped) 1 medium sized
- Crushed garlic 1 tsp.
- Oil half cup
- Chicken cubes (crushed) 2
- Green chillies (chopped) 3-5
- Spring onions (finely chopped) 4 stalks
- Cream 1 cup
- Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD: **
**- Heat the oil and add the finely chopped onions.

- Saute the onions till they become soft and turn pink.
- Now, add the garlic and chicken cubes. Fry till the cubes are dissolved.
- Add the potatoes and mix well.
- Dilute 1 cup of cream with 2 tablespoons of water.
- In the end put in the diluted cream, salt, pepper, green chillies, spring onions and mix well.
*- Serve the salad while it's still warm and enjoy

black beans and mirchcurry with naan

ingredients
2 cups boiled black beans
3 cups red, yellow and green bell peppers (chopped)
curry mix - 2 medium onions, 5 small tomatoes, 4 small green chillies, 2 tbsp ginger grated, 6 garlic cloves
spices - 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp garem masala
2 stems of corriander leaves
1 cup water
1/2 cup olive oil for frying
sesame seed oiled naan

method
in a cooking pot, heat up oil, fry chopped onions.
add 1 cup water.
add all spices and vegetables. simmer for 15 minutes.
now add the black beans. cook with lid for 1/2 hr in steam of the vegetables.
when cooked, turn off the stove.
remove the vegetable beans curry into a corning ware dish.
garnish with fresh leaves of corriander.
serve with naan.
