Admins and up can access all the private blogs whether they are part of friends list or not (mind it, there is a difference between 'they can' and 'they should') .. other than that, you have to be on someone's friends list to access a blog or the blog needs to be a public blog.
admins can see all blogs...but can all moderators too...??
there are loads of moderators but a few people who are the actual admins..am I right...??
do admins and moderators have the same privileges,as to what they can see..??
secondly,what I understand is that even if I have myself invisible on the forums while I am online ,the mods and admins will/can know about my online activity on the forum...right...??

Moderators can see who visited their profile, who viewed their blog, who's online doing what- even members with invisible status. However mods cannot access every blog. Only admins can.

mods cannot see a private blog unless they are part of it.
Mods and admins, both can see you online .. even if you have the invisible mode on.
