well money is the driving force if you want to develop the country
why is india developing faster than pakistan?
Money is driving force but money is not the only thing you need to develop as a country as a society, otherwise Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait should be the top-notch societies.

I am not going to provide ideas like develop a housing scheme and subsidise it etc.... The ideas to establish check and balance, accountability, law and order enforcement are already out there, only if there is someone sincere and honest enough to act on them.
