Why are your PA mods clueless about Pakistan? Save for Ali the rest have no freaking idea how the world works or how anything works at all. Ali is a good mod and he actually has a freaking clue.
Its one thing to post stuff to learn. Its another to complain about Pakistan ad nauseam. But what does little old me know :rolleyes:

Amal is a member first and mod later. He started that thread as a member, not as a mod. Whether you agree to his POV or not, there is no need to start butt-slaping mods. Please share your opinon in his thread, and do that without generalizing GS admin team.

I can put up bias from your PA mods. I can put up with your PA mods defining discussions which define their terms. What I will not abide by is a bunch of upper class rich kids sitting abroad casting judgment on my country and my people and saying it only happens there. If i wanna hear how bad Pakistan is I can watch Fox news provide a one sided idiotic view point.
This is not the first time the PA mods have generalized about Pakistani society and its people. Hell it won’t be the last. But the fact that they are always blatantly wrong and yet have this smug moral arrogance is beyond the pale.
I can pretty much guarantee that your two mods will either write off the videos I posted as one off occasions or actually defend them calling them freedom of speech and expression.
Also member first mod later. I must say you guys do everything backwards. No freaking website in the world considers moderators just members. But then again this is GS

I have tried my best to find some sense in this complain..
The complainant has some biases against
a) People who are rich
b) people who live abroad
c) People who are moderators
These biases are based purely on their status because the complainant has failed to point out any action by these people which were not to his liking. Complainant does not agree with the views of certain moderators and it is perfectly okay to show your disagreement. After that the complainant has objection why these moderators have expressed their views.. now that's a little unfair. You can disagree with the views and express your opinion why do you disagree... and if your point of view is valid the readers will decide in your favor and subscribe to your views. Just objecting that why a certain moderator is expressing his/her views and then passing judgement that because they are rich/live abroad/moderators.. therefore they have no right to express their opinion.. and as the complainant suffers from a severe delusion that only he and only he knows how really things work in this world.. therefore it is necessary for every poster/moderator to post according to his personal liking..
Please be more specific if you have any objection on the action of any moderator using his position in an objectionable manner which is against the rules. Moderators are not required to follow a specific member's sensitivities or liking/disliking when they post as posters. if any of the moderators break forum rules when they are posting as posters.. this feed back forum is provided to highlight those discrepancies. In this specific case:
1) Complainant has not highlighted any violation of the rules by moderators when they post as posters..
2) Any action of the moderators acting as moderators which would show a bias.. or any violation of rules..
Merely difference of opinion can not be taken as the basis to start moderator bashing. We the moderators spend a lot of time voluntarily to keep your forum a decent place for discussion.. if you can not appreciate that, at least moderator bashing without any valid grounds should be avoided..
I have not written this post to start an unnecessary argument. Unless there is some logical basis of discussion I will not be obliged to participate in this useless discussion any further..
P.S.
All the moderators in PA section including Ali act as a team.. any childish attempt to put fractures in our team work will not prove fruitful. All of us may have different opinions on a certain topic and we respect the diversity of these opinions.. but when we act as moderators we are all united and we are proud of our team orientation. As moderators we stand behind each other's decision and there is no difference of opinion between the moderators in PA section on both policy decisions and moderator actions..

I think I finally get where you guys come up with the “hatred for rich people” commnet. Frankly the hubris is insulting to say the least. I was simply outraged that Moderators of a website that once tried to become a portal for Pakistan has moderators that speak like republican neo-cons in their statements. Wanting to Civilize a nation like Bush said is not a far cry from calling an entire nation and people intolerant. More so its annoying as hell when you point the same happens in the EU and US and they make excuses for that.

I give lectures to the army leadership on economic affairs.. they invite me to do that... I am a Pakistani with a certain knowledge and they avail this available resource.. my knowledge is for my country... I have never used my status for personal gains...
