i have bought so many different brands and wasted so much money now but cant seem to find a blackish black eye liner … I have tried pencils, liquid liners, even bought Rimmel ka Gel liner .. not plack enough ..
Should I try Hashmi kajal? is it worth it or another waste of money ?
If I do decide to buy it, please tell me which type of it to buy , coz i am so confused .. some of them have sticks , some are sticks … i am looking for the easiest form of it … something like a dry stick .. similar to lipstick .. dunno what its called though ..
Sara , Carbon black is not available in the UK i think .. coz I havnt seen it at any of the two big retailers here

cb try hashmi kajal dibbia. it comes in a round pot like cream liner, its really black and stays put forever. its dirt cheap too like 20 rupees.
or any hashmi kajal will do they are all really black but smudge exceptkajal dibbia it is waterproof. dont buy arabic kohl it is not black it is grey and it is made from lead most of the time which is dangerous. it is a misconception that arabic kohl is intense black they all use
BUUUUTTTT i have heard that these hashmi kajal/surmas r not good for the eye as they use lots of coal in it dnt know how true it is but if it is then its not good :nono:.

I got it as a gift from Egypt but I think you might be able to find something similar from your local Islamic or most Middle Eastern shops. I don't think its supposed to be pricey at all, its basically as cheap and common as surma/Kajol in Pakistan.

desi kajal for intense look.
Thanks for this KB ... actually I am aware of the arabic kohl.. and you are absolutely right about it containing unhealthy materials and also about them using some desi kajal to create that black effect ...

Khair so the dibiya thingy, is it easy to use? I am really scared of that traditional way of doing the kajal, you know how they do the stick through a closed eye ... i tried it a few times long ago and hurt my eye every single time ...
So is this one like easy to use? do you think as a starter I should go with the dry stick thing? or is it not dark enough ?
Try GOSH eyeliners, which are super-dark and are available in the UK. Also, I LOVE Milani's Liquif'eye pencils, they set and do not budge and are SUPER-dark but i'm not sure if these are available in the UK. Also, what about Avon's Supershock eyeliner?

cb this is what it looks like, you can use it with any stiff eyeliner brush like you would use your cream liner . No need to use the sticks or anything
KB thanks ever so much .. you know I have freaking spent so much already on this eyeliner stuff .. havnt found the right one yet, so I think i will give this hashmi liner a go this time ...
This actually looks good ... how much is it for roughly? I suppose I will have to get it from Pakistan .. do we get original stuff easily? and do they have different colors in this range or is it just black?
Thanks so much guys .. the thng is everyone has said a different product ... I am on the lookout for a product where at least some , if not all the people agree that it is black and good enough ... some of the products mentioned here, I have used them but they didnt turn out awesome , hence why I thought i might give hashmi kajal a try too , coz many girls have been talking about it ..
