how much a real recent picture of human being tel about his/her personality character and behavior . Is it true in case of Rishta too that A picture is worth a thousand words.

The whole point of a picture is to see if the guy or girl considers the rishta "good looking". You can assume things about their personality, and people go with things like little eyes means shes "clever" and if she has big eyes in the picture it means shes "innocent", but that isn't necessarily true.

not at all............in my case i look totaly different in pictures. my skin looks a lot lighter (due to flash or what ever) i look like i weight atleast 20 pounds more than i actually weight (which i like btw, cuz in real life i look so anoroxic) etc.
i would hate for someone to be stuck with my picture to decide he wants to marry me or not.

pictures are deceiving! Find a way to see the person in real life. I knew a guy who was veryyy anorexic skinny in real life, and in pictures he looked good. Turned out, he looked better in picture then real life. Some people are photogenic and some aren't. And you can't make a judgement about an individual's personality from their physical appearance, it's just not possible!

FMW…:wave:.. a picture tells a thousand tales but it is superficial .. nothing can compare with a face to face encounter .. its all about reading into someones personality whereby you use the mannerisms of one, their facial expressions, their command of their language, their body posture and language, their non verbal communication- its all about THE person and how they interact socially, in private and public…when it comes to “rishtey” seeing a picture gives u an outline into what youre personally wanting to have ( physicality attraction being Number 1 in most cases) and then this would naturally lead to a face to face meeting (s) if initiated… Good luck :k:..:wink:

Just put it this way ... people only send or upload or give out their best pics. Its the same thing as how you behave in front of guests and how you are nromally.

Pakistani movie artist, Mohammad Ali marhoom never changed from his teens to burhapa. his pictures were exactly the same.
