I am wondering why people are accepting Ranger’s opinion about him being a robber. It was just an allegation on him. And even if he was a robber, and even if he had killed anyone else (he did not), still rangers’ had no right to be the justice, the jury, and the executioner themselves.

No one should justify such killings, even if that of a criminal. It will destroy the society, and it will wipe out people’s trust on forces. (Actually, no one trusts these brutes).

Ofcourse they had no right to kill him regardless of his crime. There is something called innocent until proven guilty, and it applies to all accused, in any country. As far as anyone here is concerned, he was innocent.
